It is never an Employer’s intention to fail in his/her duties to an Employee. The sheer volume of Legislation governing the Employer-Employee relationship can be a minefield and an Employer may unwittingly find himself/herself in a dispute with an Employee.

We are glad to advise Employers in relation to

  • Drafting Drug and Alcohol policies and Abuse of Substances and Internet Pornography policies.
  • the review of employment contracts assist in negotiations where required
  • the appropriate steps, selection procedures and protocols in Redundancy situations
  • Health and Safety Legislation obligations and the maintenance of Statutory books of record.

We also offer employers a FIXED FEE FOR A FULL REVIEW OF ALL CURRENT WORKPLACE PRACTICES. (the fee payable will be determined by the number of employees in your business). The audit involves a workplace meeting with a full review of existing contracts of employments and existing workplace practices covering all of the employers concerns raised in the paragraph above.

  • a review of workplace practices as described above
  • up to 4 hours of consultation time monthly;
  • a tailored set of Employment Contracts;
  • a tailored set of Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures;
  • the opinion of a Barrister if and when a dispute arises with an employee;
  • a guaranteed same day call back service;
  • Included with every 12 month subscription is FREE REPRESENTATION AT ANY EAT OR RIGHTS COMMISSIONERS HEARINGS during that period.
