IMMIGRATION

The most immediate legal issue to face any immigrant to Ireland is their residency status and permission to remain in the State. When circumstances change for an immigrant it will almost invariably have an impact on their residency status and new applications will have to be made to both the Department of Enterprise Trade and Employment and the Garda National Bureau for Immigration (the GNIB).

We have extensive experience in dealing with:-

  • New/Renewal/Dependent and Spousal Employment Permit Applications.
  • Long Term Residency;
  • One Year Stamp 4 Entitlement’
  • Naturalisation and Citizenship;
  • Appeals of refusals of Visas for Entry;
  • EU Treaty Rights Applications;
  • Passport Applications for Irish Born Children of Non-EU Nationals;

We are also happy to act in any other legal issue that may arise for Immigrants of any Nationality to Ireland and currently act for Polish, Latvian, Czech, French, British, US, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Israeli, Egyptian, Algerian, Turkish, Pakistani. Nigerian and Brazilian nationals each of whom we assist in a variety of legal concerns.
